Vocational Field Directorate Counsellors’ Training

In Lebanon, our team carried out the Vocational Field Directorate Counsellors’ Training project for the Ministry of Education (MoE), funded by the European Commission (EC) and implemented in partnership with FEMCONSULT (The Netherlands). The initiative focused on enhancing the skills and capacities of vocational education counsellors, equipping them with modern training methodologies and practical tools to improve student guidance, promote employability, and strengthen the alignment between vocational education and labor market needs.
