Across MEDA and European countries, our team provided Technical Assistance to the Beneficiaries of the MED-PACT Programme, an initiative designed to strengthen cooperation between Mediterranean and European municipalities. Commissioned by the Municipalities of MEDA and European countries and funded by the European Commission (EC), the project—led by Transtec S.A. (Belgium)—focused on enhancing institutional capacities, promoting sustainable urban governance, and fostering partnerships that support decentralized cooperation and local development.
