Support to the Improvement of Local Governance

In Lebanon, our team served as Advisor for the Project Support Unit under the Support to the Improvement of Local Governance programme, implemented for OMSAR (Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform) and funded by the European Commission (EC). In partnership with IBF International (Belgium), the project aimed to strengthen local governance structures, enhance administrative efficiency, and promote greater transparency and accountability within municipal institutions across the country.
