In Yemen, the SFD – Social Protection Unit project, funded by the European Commission (EC) and implemented with BCEOM (Société Française d’Ingénierie), supported the Social Fund for Development in strengthening its institutional capacity to design and manage effective social protection mechanisms. The project aimed to enhance the delivery of essential social services, improve targeting of vulnerable populations, and foster sustainable development through inclusive and community-driven approaches.
