In Lebanon, under the European Training Foundation (ETF) initiative, the Subcomponent 2.2 Project focused on the production of 10 national reports and a regional comparative study exploring the impact and potential of e-learning in teacher and trainer training. Led by Transtec S.A. (Belgium), the project aimed to identify innovative digital methodologies, assess regional readiness, and develop strategic recommendations to strengthen digital education and capacity-building across participating countries.
